Since 1999, Ferme Bourdon & Fils distinguishes itself from others because the soybeans are roasted directly at the customer’s location.

Not only do you increase your animal’s productivity, but roast your soybean allows you to use the full potential of the bean and its nutritional value.

 

Roasting on the spot

There is no more need to transport your soybean to roasters, have it done directly at your home. Our mobile unit is completely independent and autonomous:

  • Equipped with a stationary generator for our electricity needs.
  • Equipped with PROPANE and DIESEL tanks for our fuel consumptions. Our roasting capacity is 60 tm of soybean before tank refill.
  • Roasting capacity is 5 to 7 tm of soybean per hour.
  • Equipped with a roller to transform your soybean into flakes, if desired.
  • A blower is integrated in the unit to return the finished product in your silos.
  • A cooler is integrated to reduce the temperature of the soybean
